Project Coordinator
A video project has a lot of moving parts. Jade makes sure they all move in the right direction. She coordinates our projects so that you always know what’s happening next and things get done on time. Her steady hand behind the scenes means we can all focus on creating a film you’ll be proud of.
Josh Warf
Production Assistant
Great stories need to be seen and heard clearly. When we’re filming on set, Josh is our extra pair of hands and ears, making sure every shot is right and the sound is crystal clear. He’s focused on the technical details, so we can stay focused on capturing the moment.

Founder & Director
Michael has spent over 20 years exploring how to tell a great story. He started Coalbanks because he believes the most important work in our community deserves to be shared with excellence and heart. He helps you find the core of your message and then brings it to life on screen, creating videos that connect with people.
